What is this blog about?

I started my career as a fullstack engineer but quickly gravitated toward frontend engineering, because I care deeply about how interfaces feel, how fast they behave, and how product decisions show up in the browser. Over the years I have spent a lot of time thinking about what makes digital products useful, legible, and commercially viable.

The writing here sits at the intersection of React, UI performance, frontend architecture, testing, SEO, and the more political side of engineering work: priorities, tradeoffs, and the way product reality bends technical ideals.

I am also a founder of many failed projects. That matters because it changed how I think about frontend work. I care less about framework tribalism and more about whether a product is understandable, reliable, and worth using.

Lately the blog also follows my transition through the AI era: what changes when agents can write code, what still requires experience, and where frontend engineers should widen their scope without losing rigor.
